New Section:
This item will first prompt you for the folder you wish to catalog and then the location and name of the new File Transfer Section (FTS) you wish to create. Note: You no longer have to select a file to start your catalogging. If tyhe folder you wish to catalog contains nothing but folders choose the ‘Select’ button. The ‘Open’ button will open any existing folders.
Append Section:
This item will prompt you for the folder you wish to catalog and then ask you for the FTS you wish to append to.
Options:
This item will present you with the Options Dialog box. Here you can set the name of the Uploader (default: System Operator), The Clearance level (0), Delete on next backup flag (no) and Auto Check for duplicate names (Yes).

Check for Matching Names:
This item allows you to check any existing File Transfer Section (FTS) for duplicate titles which will be displayed on the download list. Duplicate names confuse Red Ryder Host and must be fixed to allow your users access to either file. After selecting this item you will be presented with a Standard File Dialog asking you for the FTS you wish to check. If a match is found a Dialog will come up showing the Title and first few lines of description for each file. You may change the title of either one. Please remember that Titles may be only 12 characters long, so in some cases adding a character to the end will not eleviate your problem.
Updating File Transfer Sections
This item will aloow you to update a file transfer section created with Catalogger 1.0 to one that is compatible with CataLogger 1.2. There was a bug in CataLogger 1.0 that set the length bit of the Title string incorrectly. You must run the updater before checking for duplicate names.
Update History:
CataLogger 1..0 to 1.2: Fixes bug with Title string length bit. Adds Duplicate Name checking and Updateing of 1.0 FTS to 1.2 FTS. Addition of selecting folders only to catalog.
